Sign the Protocol

I believe personal actions are necessary to protect the environment for ourselves and future generations.

I therefore pledge to:

  • Use less water when washing my hands;
  • Dry my hands with a re-usable hand towel to reduce consumption of paper towels;

I also pledge to do at least one of the following:

  • Turn off lights when I leave the room
  • Not idle my vehicle unnecessarily
  • Walk, cycle or take transit whenever possible
  • Avoid using plastic bags
  • Eat vegetarian at least once a week
  • Buy products with less packaging
  • Buy products from companies with good environmental practices
  • Recycle electronics
  • Plant one tree
  • Volunteer for an environmental organization
